If order amount over USD5,000.00- F.O.B. Shen Zhen / Hong Kong.
If order amount under USD5,000.00 Ex Warehouse Price.

3. Payment Policy:

If order value above USD50,000.00: payment by T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight.
If order value USD50,000.00--USD500.00: payment by T/T prior shipment.
If order value less than USD500.00: payment by PapPal or Western Union (4% paypal fee will add if by PayPal)

4. Shipping Policy:

delivery lead time usually approx 3-7 working days
shipping always use UPS,FEDEX,DHL,TNT,EMS (after payment we will send out goods and give you tracking number)
if you have agent in our China, we like to send goods to your agent too,
we can arrange ocean or air shipping too

5. RMA policy:

We will replace new goods at next order freely for defective products,
you just need supply us details about the problems of defective goods,
like from which order, use how low time, how many quantity and so on,
we will analysis and solve problem after got your feedback.
